Coordinators and POCs
Coordinators are responsible for the overall leadership of a program. They travel to GRO's program countries with the delegates and direct the day-to-day activities of the delegation.
Points of Contact (POCs) are GRO's formal contacts in other countries. Coordinators and POCs work together with delegates to carry out a program.
